Chefs hand craft each dish on the menu from ingredients that are, literally, “of the Earth.” In the kitchen, you won’t find any packets, cans or boxes of food; you won’t find a freezer or microwave. On the menu, you won’t see any “organic,” “local,” or “gmo-free” disclaimers or labels. Della Terra prides itself on being a farm to table restaurant. The chefs hold each and every dish to a high standard, and they believe that their patrons should know exactly where their food comes from. You will never find anything that has been processed, altered or modified.
